In Belgium, self-employed people and SMEs can deduct their electronic invoicing costs at 120%. The portal and invoicing you offer your clients fall within that scope; check the conditions for each dossier.
A dossier counts for a month as soon as it has been active for at least one day that month. A dossier created and deleted in the same month is billed that month and not the next. You can see the count in real time on the Licence screen.
No. Billing is monthly and you stop whenever you like. If you prefer to pay yearly, you get 10% off.
In cumulative tiers. With 150 dossiers on the Firm plan you pay the €49 base, 100 dossiers at €2.90 and 50 dossiers at €2.40, which comes to €459 excl. VAT per month.
Starter covers up to 15 dossiers. Beyond that the Firm plan takes over, with unlimited users and a price per dossier that goes down. Switching takes one click and no migration.
CODA and SODA import and the Codabox connection are included; your Codabox contract stays yours and its fees do not go through NovaFisko. For Peppol, receiving is included and sending covers 100 documents per dossier per month. For a client who sends more, the Client invoicing option removes that limit.
As many as you need on the Firm plan: the price depends on dossiers, not on the size of your team.
We take over your data from WinBooks, Horus or BOB. For firms with more than 20 dossiers, migration is assisted free of charge: allow 2 to 4 hours with our team.
You pay twelve estimated months based on your current number of dossiers, with 10% off. If you add dossiers during the year, only the difference is billed each month, at the same discounted rate. All prices exclude VAT; 21% VAT is added.
